The location was favourable and perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from a shopping plaza. The room was both practical and modern with the TV and the Queen size bed, for instance. The staff was super friendly and really polite which made me feel welcome.

Well-appointed and well laid out room with a lounge and coffee, and very comfy bed. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location, within walking distance of Onedome. Walking distance to shopping centers and a big shopping mall across the street.

I have stayed in a double room with a couple of privacy screens and tea, for example for 7 nights. And the facilities were awesome.

thoroughly enjoyed the double room with free coffee machine, wouldn't mind staying there all day. it was decorated in the comfortable design and we used free tea, a lounge and a phone. the location was marvellous, close to golden gate theater. good people were working here.

Good sleep in a very comfy bed, brand-new and beautifully maintained room. Clean bathroom and a walk-in shower with good sewerage. Absolutely perfect and excellent location in downtown San Francisco, and 15 minute walk from a bustling square. Based just next door to the plaza, many other shops and the square outside.

Wonderful hotel, room was immaculate and impressive. Favourable amazing location, in city center next to metro. Also - close enough to the Tenderloin. The rooms with a kettle or a fridge.

Exceptionally nice location in the Tenderloin area made it easy to get to key attractions. There was Teo Restaurant & Bar, located nearby, where we relaxed.

The rooms they have were impressive and immaculate with a couple of privacy screens, TV and a fridge. The hotel's location was amazing, near the Opera House, the pier close to public transportation and Tenderloin. The local staff were very obliging and good.

We really enjoyed our exceptionally good room with a kettle or a fridge. The room had complementary tea and coffee plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location was great - ease of access to a multi-purpose arena.
